Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PBM/healthcare plan experience, and rebate contracting background.
• Experience negotiating rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
• Licensure in Wisconsin is possible; role involves travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Rebate Contractors team.
• Negotiate contracts with pharma for rebates and discounts.
• Provide economic/value support through cost modeling and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Drug Information and P&T committees.
• Drive growth in ind. basis, value-based contracts, and medical Rx contracts.
