Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions in the United States seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting with rebate strategy experience. You will lead the Rebate Contractors team, negotiate pharmaceutical contracts, and provide cost modeling and budget impact analysis to support formulary decisions for clients.
The role partners with Pharma, Drug Information, and Navitus operations to optimize rebate structures and expand high net rebates.
Qualifications
- PBM/Healthcare plan experience
- Rebate contracting and formulary management experience
- Contract negotiation experience (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare Part D)
- Pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin (unrestricted)
- Travel up to 20%
- Strong collaboration and compliance mindset
- Leadership and team development skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the team of Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Negotiate contracts for rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion
- Provide cost modeling, rebate forecasting and budget impact analysis for client formularies
- Support P&T processes and clinical/economic value discussions
- Lead pharma negotiations to expand high net rebates and discounts
- Train and develop the Navitus Contractors team
- Collaborate with operations to ensure understanding of rebate contracts and issue resolution
