Allegheny Health Network seeks a seasoned administrator to direct patient access operations across inpatient, outpatient, emergency and ancillary services. The role oversees registration, scheduling, pre-registration, cash posting, and bed management where applicable.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, budget accountability, and collaboration with hospital leadership to optimize revenue cycle and policy compliance, while maintaining high customer service standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• 5 years’ experience in healthcare access management.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manages human resources and expenses, achieving department productivity standards and budget objectives.
• Supervises staff, evaluates work, and implements disciplinary action.
• Facilitates problem resolution and policy development across hospital departments and leadership.
• Participates in financial clearance policies and patient eligibility insurance verification with financial counselors and staff.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, Joint Commission, and hospital policies for patient registration and education.
