• Senior Web Experience Design role with 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with ecommerce, growth, conversion optimization, or other transactional digital experiences.
• Deep expertise in UX and UI design principles, accessibility, and modern digital design processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication; ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Cengage’s web experience and establish a UX/UI strategy.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to run experiments and tests.
• Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences across the customer journey.
• Design coherent experiences from acquisition to engagement across all touchpoints.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous optimization and learning.
