Qualifications

• 5+ years in People or Talent leadership roles, ideally across multi-location operations.
• Experience building and scaling teams during growth or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, career-pathing, and HR operations.
• Mentor a growing team of Recruiters and HR Coordinator.
• Establish and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
