Your Behavioral Health in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead an in-house recruitment team and to actively recruit for key roles, aligning with business goals.

This leader will drive talent management initiatives, partner with HR on engagement programs, and strengthen the employer brand through outreach and market insights. The role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on recruiting excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Mix of agency and in-house leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years managing full life cycle recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and KPI implementation.
• Experience leading a recruiting team; familiar with multiple sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Establish end-to-end recruiting process with KPIs and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for high-impact roles and coach recruiters.
• Build, train, and mentor internal and external recruiters.
• Collaborate with HR on talent engagement and retention initiatives.
• Improve employer brand through outreach, storytelling, and campaigns.
• Assess business needs and anticipate future talent demands.
• Maintain visibility into compensation bands and market trends.
• Evaluate TA technologies and analytics dashboards.
• Provide market intelligence to business leaders.
