A growing operations company in Texas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruiting and skilled hiring. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of recruiters, partner with HR and Operations to build strong talent pipelines, and drive staffing strategies that improve retention. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in recruiting within warehousing or logistics, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ATS systems. This position offers an opportunity to greatly impact the workforce and culture of the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume environments.
• Experience managing or leading a recruiting team.
• Knowledge of onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify compliance.
