Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken seeks a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development, supervise Admissions Manager, and guide facility marketing. You will oversee staff involved in marketing, case finding and relationship management, while implementing system-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate market insights into action.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree; market-facing leadership in healthcare sales/marketing preferred.
• Minimum five years progressive healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• Previous management experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs referral development efforts and supervises Admissions Manager.
• Oversees marketing, case finding and relationship management staff.
• Develops market-specific strategies and monitors referral trends to drive admissions.
