Formación

• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree (baccalaureate) from an accredited college or university required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate staff of Navigators and Admissions Manager to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop market strategies and referral source relationships to support strategic plans.
• Monitor referral trends and adjust marketing plans to maximize admissions.
• Provide staff training and in-service education to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Oversee the admission process and ensure alignment with systemwide goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate needs and measure marketing effectiveness.
