PAM Health is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and oversee admissions processes. The role focuses on driving market strategies, supervising navigator teams, and delivering superior patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Directs referral development efforts of Physician Navigators and Clinical Navigators and supervises Admissions Manager.
• Oversees the admission process and staff training to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Develops market-specific strategies to support organizational goals and monitors referral trends.
• Provides leadership training and coaching to staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Ensures exemplary customer service and coordinates outreach with referral sources and community.
