Job summary

You will supervise Navigator teams, collaborate with physicians, and drive market initiatives to meet organizational goals in a patient-centered care environment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong relationship management, and a track record in healthcare sales/marketing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises staff (Navigators, Admissions Manager) to achieve organizational goals.
• Develops market-specific strategies to support strategic plans and goals.
• Monitors referral patterns and market trends to optimize staff resources and admissions.
• Conducts needs assessments with key stakeholders to identify service needs.
• Provides ongoing training and coaching for staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintains regular communication with management on marketing-related activities.
