Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and supervise Admissions and Navigator teams. You will implement market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals and oversee the admissions process.

The role requires strategic leadership in marketing, program development, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on improving patient access and service quality in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Clinical Navigators, Physician Navigators, and Admissions Manager to achieve goals.
• Serve as primary liaison for referral sources and physicians; develop market-specific strategies.
• Monitor trends and adjust case-finding strategies to maximize admissions and staff efficiency.
• Conduct needs assessment surveys with stakeholders to identify service needs and opportunities.
• Set expectations for staff to deliver exemplary customer service; develop training for navigators.
• Lead bi-weekly marketing meetings to assess trends and initiatives; provide coaching and supervision as needed.
• Provide in-service training and consult with system staff on marketing efforts; communicate needs to management.
