Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and oversee the admissions process via the Admissions Manager. The role includes supervising staff across marketing and relationship management, and implementing market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and align teams with strategic goals.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with physician and referral-source relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategy and integration efforts to drive referral development via Navigators and Admissions leadership.
• Oversees the admissions process through supervision of the Admissions Manager.
• Provides supervision and training for facility staff in marketing, case finding and relationship management.
• Implements market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals and drives program development.
• Maintains regular communication with management and stakeholders on marketing-related needs and outcomes.
• Leads facility-level marketing initiatives and coordinates staff trainings and community outreach.
