Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and oversee admissions supervision, driving market-specific initiatives and exemplary customer service. This leadership role focuses on aligning marketing, program development, and strategic planning with the organization’s goals.

The position requires strong experience in healthcare sales/marketing, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with physicians and navigators.

Qualifications

• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff (Clinical Navigators, Physician Navigators & Admissions Manager) to meet organizational goals.
• Develop market-specific referral strategies and monitor trends to optimize admissions.
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify service needs and opportunities for program development.
• Provide in-service training and coaching on marketing efforts and customer service excellence.
• Direct facility marketing initiatives and coordinate referrals with Admissions to streamline the process.
• Identify opportunities for new services and program offerings, including new locations; conduct market feasibility studies.
