You will supervise staff involved in marketing and relationship management and implement market initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Experience in leadership and staff development.
• Ability to develop market strategies and manage referral sources.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with physicians and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead referral development and physician navigators in collaboration with Admissions Manager.
• Supervise staff with marketing, case finding and relationship management duties.
• Implement system and market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Provide training and coaching to facility staff on marketing and admissions processes.
• Communicate market trends and results to senior management.
