Job summary

The Hartford Steam Boiler, a Munich Re company, seeks a senior leader to grow its Sensor Solutions business across the United States. You will identify high-value opportunities, build executive relationships, and drive complex consultative sales engagements with cross-functional teams to convert pilots into portfolio-wide programs.

Open to all HSB/Munich Re offices and remote locations, with an emphasis on large-scale property portfolios, REITs, and multifamily operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Risk Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience across real estate, proptech/IoT, or insurance.
• Proven new-logo track record with executive relationship development and closing.
• Experience with REITs, property managers, HOAs/condos, or insurance partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Sensor Solutions across the U.S. with focus on large portfolios.
• Identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and develop business cases.
• Lead complex consultative sales engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Execute land-and-expand strategy to scale deployments into portfolio programs.
• Create repeatable routes to market that drive recurring growth.
