Job summary

The Hartford Steam Boiler, a Munich Re company, seeks a senior leader to drive growth for its Sensor Solutions property risk platform across the United States. You will pursue high-value opportunities, build executive relationships, and lead complex consultative sales engagements with cross-functional teams.

Open to remote locations in the U.S., with travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience are required; REIT and CRE experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience with REITs, owners/operators, property managers, HOAs/condos, or insurers preferred.
• Strong track record of acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Sensor Solutions across the U.S., focusing on large property portfolios.
• Identify high-value opportunities and build executive-level relationships.
• Develop compelling business cases and lead complex consultative sales engagements.
• Execute land-and-expand strategy to scale deployments across portfolios.
