Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Risk Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of B2B or enterprise sales in CRE, proptech/IoT, building systems, or risk solutions.
• Proven new-logo sales and expansion into large accounts or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Sensor Solutions across the U.S. for large property portfolios.
• Develop executive-level relationships and compelling business cases.
• Drive land-and-expand sales and portfolio-wide adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners to close complex deals.
