The Director of Business Development role in Pleasanton, CA, seeks a leader who can identify strategic accounts and drive multi-year opportunities for a global engagement solutions company. This hybrid position requires in-office work at least 3 days per week and a proven history with Fortune 1000 firms.

You will craft entry strategies, run prospecting campaigns, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver solutions that meet client goals, while pushing revenue growth through leveraged commissions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
