Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Director of Business Development to join a global engagement solutions provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is hybrid and requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week in the Pleasanton office.

Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, crafting entry strategies, leading prospecting campaigns, and partnering with subject matter experts to deliver client solutions that drive revenue and meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience with deals of $250k+ per sale.
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3–12 months).
Career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last 10 years.
Compensation derived through leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and understand customer strategies; collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet business objectives.
