Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is searching for a Director of Business Development to join a global engagement solutions provider serving Fortune 1000 clients. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week in the greater Chicagoland area, with the Oak Brook, IL office as the base.

The director will identify accounts, craft entry strategies, lead prospecting campaigns, and build executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsabilités

• The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
