Htprof, a global company in engagement solutions, seeks a Director of Business Development in the greater Chicago area. The hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week at the Oak Brook, IL, office.

You will identify accounts, develop entry strategies, lead prospecting campaigns, build client relationships, and team with SMEs to deliver solutions aligned with customers’ business objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development.
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Career stability: max 4 jobs in last 10 years.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
