Job summary

Cribl, the AI era telemetry platform, seeks a Director of Product Management for Security Products. You will shape the next wave of security offerings, justify build/partner/buy options, and lead product delivery from first conversations to launch and growth.

The role demands deep security ops knowledge and strategic leadership. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and engineering to articulate positioning, validate direction with customers, and scale the security portfolio across Cribl

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or closely related role
• 5+ years building security products
• Strong understanding of security operations (SIEM, detection engineering, incident response)
• Experience turning problems into executable product strategy and roadmap

Responsibilities

• Define product for next wave of security portfolio; assess markets and make clear build/partner/buy recommendations
• Lead requirements, success metrics, and delivery with engineering from 0 to 1
• Ensure Cribl Detect capabilities work within one platform with shared data model
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and tech partners on positioning and launch
• Grow and mentor PMs as areas get funded
• Represent Cribl security externally with customers and analysts
• Drive customer discovery with CISOs, SOC managers, and detection engineers
• Keep a high standard of written strategy and PRD documentation
