Job summary

Cribl seeks a Director of Product Management for Security Products to shape the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You will own strategy, market analysis, and business cases, and drive product definitions with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Lead cross-functional delivery with marketing, sales, and partners. This remote-first role offers broad impact across Cribl's security offerings and customer base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and SOC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for the next wave of security products with market analysis, customer discovery, and competitive landscape.
• Lead the business case for each area, including customer problem, market size, and build/partner/buy options.
• Define product requirements and success metrics, guiding engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect and share data models, detections, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, and enablement.
• Grow the PM team as areas get funded and represent Cribl security externally with customers and analysts.
