Cribl is seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management for Security Products to shape the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You will evaluate promising areas beyond Detect and lead build, partner, or buy decisions.

Expect ownership from early customer conversations through launch and growth, with a leadership focus across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes deep security depth, strong written strategy, and the ability to drive 0→1 initiatives in a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in tech/security domains.
• Deep understanding of security operations (SIEM, detection engineering, incident response).
• Proven ability to lead PMs and influence across engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Strong written strategy docs, PRDs, and decision records.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for the next wave of Cribl security products.
• Build business cases with customer problems, market size, and options.
• Lead product definition, requirements, and success metrics.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect and workflows.
• Engage with customers (CISOs, SOC managers) to validate direction.
