Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to shape the next wave of the Cribl Detect portfolio. You will evaluate build, partner, or buy options and lead what we fund, from initial customer conversations to launch and growth.

This remote‑first role requires deep security ops knowledge and a track record of taking a product from 0 to 1, with leadership across engineering, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response.
• Hands-on product experience in security automation or threat detection and response.
• Proven track record taking a product from 0 to 1 with clear business cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy for next wave of security products: market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build business cases including customers, market size, and build/partner/buy options.
• Lead execution: write requirements, set metrics, and drive delivery from 0 to 1.
• Ensure new capabilities work with Cribl Detect and shared data model.
