Job summary

Cribl, the AI era telemetry platform, seeks a Director of Product Management for Security Products. You will own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio, evaluate new areas beyond Cribl Detect, and decide what to build, partner, or buy.

You will lead the funding and customer conversations from initial talks to launch and growth. We value a leader who can shape a portfolio, mentor PMs, and work deeply with engineers on data architectures, detection logic, and AI/LLM-based systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations – SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how SOC teams work.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the next wave of security products with market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build business cases for each area including market size, Cribl fit, and build/partner/buy options.
• Lead execution by defining the product, writing requirements, and setting success metrics from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities work within Cribl Detect with a shared data model, detections, alerts, and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, launch, and field enablement.
