Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to shape the future of Cribl Detect and beyond. You will drive strategy, business cases, and execution for a security portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to define requirements, metrics, and success criteria.

You will lead the product from discovery to market, ensuring integration with Cribl Detect and collaborating with customers and industry partners to validate direction and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for the next wave of security products; analyze market, customers, and competition.
• Build business cases with customer problems, market size, and build/partner/buy options.
• Lead product definition, requirements, success metrics, and delivery from 0 to 1 with engineering.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect via shared data models, detections, and workflows.
• Engage with CISOs, SOC managers, detection engineers, and analysts to validate direction with customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and partners on positioning, launches, and enablement.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring PMs as areas get funded.
• Represent Cribl security externally at events and with customers.
