Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Associate’s degree with five years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• High School diploma with seven years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Driver’s license required for business-related travel
• Experience driving operational goals and metrics
• Experience building and developing teams
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Financial acumen including budgeting and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to promote accountability and professional development
• Grow client relationships and implement corrective actions for operational improvement
• Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI tools to maximize efficiency
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop training programs
• Foster a safe culture with proactive safety plans
