Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee onsite Account Managers across multiple Alabama locations. You will ensure client satisfaction and drive performance of security professionals in a changing, dynamic environment.

You will lead with a focus on engagement, accountability, and safety, using BI tools to analyze KPIs and guide action. The role supports clients in healthcare, real estate, government, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Alternative: Associate's degree with five years management experience.
• High School diploma with seven years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and development.
• Maintain client relationships and drive operational improvement.
• Oversee service quality and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Analyze metrics and report findings using BI tools.
• Identify and mitigate security risks with training and response plans.
• Promote safety culture and incident prevention.
