Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee onsite Account Managers and optimize security services across multiple Alabama locations. You will drive client satisfaction, promote employee engagement, and lead operational excellence with a focus on healthcare, CRE, government, and hospitality markets.

You will mentor Account Managers, manage budgets, monitor metrics in our BI platform, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• High School diploma with 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Current driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving operational goals and metrics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and developing teams
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results
• Ability to interpret simple financial data to support decision-making
• Proficiency in web-based applications and BI tools for metrics reporting and presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching, support and recognition
• Build and grow relationships with clients and implement corrective action plans for improvements
• Deliver high-quality service by overseeing Account Managers while adhering to policies
• Analyze and drive operational metrics using BI platforms
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop security protocols and training
• Establish a culture of safety with action plans to prevent injuries
