Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers and meet client hours.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: hire, coach and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: serve as primary contact for clients and ensure high-quality service.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: respond to escalations and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: oversee training, safety, inventory, and site standards.
