Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Director of Operations to manage onsite Account Managers and ensure client satisfaction across multiple Alabama locations. You will drive operational excellence, engage with clients, and promote a strong safety culture while mentoring teams and aligning with iCARE leadership principles.

Responsibilities include leading relationship-building, developing corrective action plans, and delivering high-quality service by overseeing Account Managers, KPIs, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of management in high-volume setting; an Associate's with 5+ years; or a high school diploma with 7+ years in a similar role.
• Experience driving operational goals and metrics; ability to develop teams and nachhaltige client relations.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems (incl. BI tools) for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and accountability.
• Develop and grow client relationships; implement action plans for operational improvement.
• Oversee service quality, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report KPI data using BI platform to improve efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop training and response plans.
• Foster a culture of safety through proactive plans.
