Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to supervise Account Managers across multiple locations. The role focuses on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and leadership development.

You will drive performance, manage budgets, and align with iCARE values to deliver high-quality security services. Responsibilities include coaching teams, expanding client partnerships, and maintaining regulatory compliance while leveraging BI metrics to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Alternative: Associate's degree with 5+ years of management experience in a similar setting.
• High School diploma with 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to drive client satisfaction and performance.
• Grow client relationships and implement corrective action plans for opportunities.
• Oversee service quality, compliance with policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze metrics and drive KPI reporting using BI tools.
• Identify security risks and develop security protocols and response plans.
• Foster a safe culture with actionable safety plans.
