Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to lead onsite Account Managers across multiple Alabama locations. The role focuses on client satisfaction, security service excellence, and driving performance in healthcare, real estate, government, and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a track record of building teams, and the ability to analyze metrics using BI tools to optimize operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field with years of management experience
• Experience managing a dispersed workforce across multiple locations is preferred
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills required

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to drive client satisfaction and performance
• Develop relationships with clients and implement corrective actions for improvements
• Oversee operational metrics and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Analyze KPI data using BI tools to maximize efficiency
• Manage budget allocation and drive revenue growth across the portfolio
• Foster a culture of safety and team development across locations
