Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or data-enabled decision support.
• Hands‑on BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership, including setting direction and building teams through significant change.
• Experience rationalizing analytics portfolios by value, usage, and effort.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to define meaningful KPIs and translate into action.
• Knowledge of health care, insurance, or Aetna environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Create and execute a change agenda from reactive reporting to proactive decision support.
• Own analytics product portfolio and prioritize high-impact dashboards and insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to define decisions analytics must enable and KPIs to track.
• Ensure dashboards and forecasts are accurate, timely, and trusted for planning.
• Establish governance and success metrics balancing ops and strategic capability.
• Define measures for adoption, data quality, and business impact.
• Lead change management and sustain new operating practices.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with data architecture and AI adoption.
• Present insights and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
