Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action.
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Rooms Division team with clarity and confidence, creating a culture of excellence and top-tier service.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew aligned with company standards and efficient operations.
• Tackle challenges proactively and maintain smooth communication with guests, team members, and other departments.
• Manage budgets, analyze performance, and oversee staffing and systems to ensure reliable operations.
