Job summary

LINE Austin is seeking a dynamic Director of Rooms to lead the entire rooms division—Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell, and Guest Services. You will translate brand vision into daily standards, optimize guest experiences, and drive department profitability in collaboration with the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, 4+ years in supervisory roles, and proven leadership with P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• At least four (4) years of supervisory experience in Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Services required.
• Experience with Rooms division management and hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rooms division across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, and Guest Services.
• Set operational direction for the division and translate brand vision into daily standards, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Own the guest experience end-to-end, reflecting the LINE brand quality from arrival to departure.
• Inspire, develop, and hold department heads accountable for service delivery and performance results.
• Drive divisional profitability in partnership with the General Manager, including budgeting and cost control.
