Austin Marriott South by Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Director of Rooms to oversee Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, and related operations. Lead guest services, revenue-minded room divisions, and ensure top-tier standards across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on smooth guest experiences, and the ability to supervise budgets while maintaining service excellence. A hands-on, communicative manager who thrives under pressure will excel.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action.
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions.

As our Director of Rooms, you’re the mastermind behind smooth stays and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll lead the charge across the Rooms Division—including Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking—making sure every detail is dialed in. From maximizing revenue to keeping service standards sky-high, you’re the go-to for seamless operations and happy guests.
