Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare management or remote care operations.
• Hands-on EMR proficiency across major platforms (Epic, Cerner, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth, AdvancedMD).
• Strong understanding of CMS RPM, CCM, and APCM billing workflows.
• Leadership experience with KPI-driven operations.
• Excellent communication and quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Care Managers and admin staff with regular evaluations.
• Track performance metrics against efficiency goals (documented vs. worked hours, call metrics, financials).
• Manage assigned clinic accounts; liaison with clinic leadership.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage across primary, secondary, and tertiary support structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Billing, and Engineering.
• Organize monthly dept meetings and cross-functional syncs.
