Prevounce Health in Indianapolis (remote eligible) seeks a Director of Client Success to lead client relationships, account management, and support operations for our remote care management platform and services.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee onboarding, retention, and expansion across RPM, CCM, and APCM, building high-performing teams and partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Clinical operations to drive revenue growth and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's in Healthcare Administration or MBA, or equivalent healthcare degree.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding lifecycle from contract to go-live and value realization.
• Lead executive relationships and strategic reviews for enterprise accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and revenue expansion across RPM/CCM/APCM.
• Manage a team of Account Managers and Support Specialists; drive performance and client satisfaction.
