Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Operations Support & Assets to lead network-wide asset strategy, inventory controls, and campus readiness. You will drive standardized processes and supervise a four-person team across four cities to ensure seamless support for schools and central offices.

The role partners with Finance, Procurement, Talent, Academics, and IT to align asset lifecycles with budgeting and instructional needs, while shaping a data-driven, service-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply chain logistics within a large multi-site educational or corporate system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing SOPs, data-driven governance frameworks, and system-wide change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead network-wide physical asset strategy with standardized SOPs and lifecycle tracking.
• Design and govern staff workroom logistics, budget management, PTO/coverage models, and central office support hours.
• Build training for school-based asset leads and socialize operational updates with campus staff.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and management of non-tech assets and inventory.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics.
