Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Operations Support & Assets to lead network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness. You will drive standardized processes, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Talent to ensure instructional continuity.

The role oversees a four-person team across four cities and partners with school leadership to minimize downtime, optimize resources, and improve staff experiences through

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply chain logistics in a large multi-site system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven track record designing and implementing SOPs, governance frameworks, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead network-wide asset strategy with standardized SOPs and asset lifecycle tracking across 40+ sites.
• Define staff workroom logistics, budget management, and central office support hours.
• Design training for school asset leads and socialise operational updates with campus staff.
