Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks a Director of Operations Support & Assets to oversee network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness. You will lead a four-person team across four cities, partnering with School Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Talent, Academics, and IT to shape scalable asset governance and support instructional excellence.

Hybrid role with regional travel to implement SOPs, dashboards, and predictive models that improve supplies availability and student

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of asset management, operations, or supply chain experience in a large multi-site system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management across multiple cities.
• Proven ability to design SOPs, governance frameworks, and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide asset strategy, governance, and operations support across 40+ sites.
• Architect standardized SOPs, inventory controls, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Oversee staff training, vendor management, and campus workroom readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Talent, Academics, and Operations.
• Build data dashboards and predictive inventory models to inform executive decisions.
• Lead root-cause analyses and remediation for supply chain issues.
