KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Operations Support & Assets to oversee network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness across 40+ sites. You will lead a four-person team and collaborate with Finance, IT, Talent, Academics, and procurement to reduce friction and support instructional excellence.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply chain logistics within a large multi-site system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Experience designing SOPs, governance frameworks, and system-wide change management.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and lead the network-wide asset strategy, governance and operations support.
• Establish expectations and frameworks for staff workrooms, budget management, and central office support hours.
• Design change-management loops to socialize operational updates and resource allocation.
• Design and facilitate training for school asset leads.
• Govern service delivery standards, KPIs, and SLAs for non-tech assets.
• Manage end-to-end school uniform procurement and ID systems, including vendor mgmt.
• Manage non-tech supply chains, warehouse ops, multi-site moves, and central office logistics.
• Oversee end-to-end curriculum and furniture supply chain, forecasting and just-in-time delivery.
