Job summary

KIPP Texas seeks a Director of Operations Support & Assets to lead network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Project Management. You will supervise four Asset Managers across four cities and drive standardized processes to enable instructional excellence.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Talent, IT, and Academics to align asset lifecycles with budgeting and school operations, shaping a friction-free

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, operations, or supply chain across multi-site environments.
• At least 3 years of people management leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven ability to design SOPs, governance frameworks, and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead network-wide asset strategy, standards, inventory controls, and lifecycle management across 40+ sites.
• Design staff workroom logistics, budget models, and central office support structures.
• Build data-tracking systems and dashboards; monitor KPIs and SLAs for non-tech assets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of 4 managers across multiple cities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, Talent, and Academics to align lifecycles with budgets.
