Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years in asset management or school operations and at least 3 years of people leadership, with a strong focus on SOPs, governance, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of asset management or school operations experience in a large multi-site system.
• At least 3 years of people management across distributed teams.
• Proven ability to design SOPs and data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide asset strategy, governance, and operations support.
• Manage a 4-person team across four cities.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics to align lifecycles with budget and planning.
• Design and socialize SOPs and change-management processes.
• Develop operational dashboards and analytics for executive leadership.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, inventory, and procurement for 40+ sites.
