Job summary

The Director of Operations Support & Assets at KIPP Texas Public Schools leads network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness across 40+ sites. You will design SOPs, governance, and asset lifecycles, while partnering with School Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Talent, Academics, and IT to deliver seamless support.

You will manage a four-person team across four cities, drive data-driven dashboards, and oversee procurement, inventory, and capital planning to ensure zero

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in asset management, school operations, or multi-site logistics.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading distributed teams.
• Proven track record designing SOPs, governance frameworks, and change management initiatives.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Architect network-wide asset strategy and lifecycle across 40+ sites.
• Define SOPs, inventory controls, workroom governance, and asset lifecycle tracking.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics.
• Drive training for asset leads and establish KPIs/SLAs for non-tech assets.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and inventory for non-tech assets and campus moves.
• Lead long-term asset replacement planning with ROI and cost-per-pupil insights.
