KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks a Director of Operations Support & Assets to oversee network‑wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness. You will lead a four‑person team across four cities, aligning with School Leadership, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Talent, Academics, and IT to minimize downtime and improve staff experience.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or multi-site logistics.
• At least 3 years of direct people management leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and data-driven governance.

Responsabilidades

• Architect network-wide asset strategy and SOPs across 40+ school sites.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics.
• Oversee non-tech supply chains, procurement, and asset lifecycles.
• Develop training for asset leads and establish KPIs and SLAs.
