KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks a Director of Operations Support & Assets to steward network-wide asset management, inventory controls, and campus readiness. You will lead four Asset Managers across four cities, set standards, and align with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics to ensure seamless support.

This role drives data analytics, KPI governance, and proactive procurement strategies to minimize downtime and support instructional excellence across 40+ sites.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply chain logistics within a large multi-site educational or corporate system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing SOPs, data-driven governance frameworks, and system-wide change management initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Architect and lead the network-wide asset strategy, establishing SOPs and asset lifecycle tracking across 40+ sites.
• Design and govern staff workroom logistics, budgets, coverage models, and central office support hours.
• Develop training for school asset leads and socialize operational updates for resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Talent, Academics to integrate asset lifecycles with budgeting and adoption.
• Drive accountability and SLAs for non-tech assets and oversee procurement and warehousing strategies.
